Role description
As an Analyst, Social Media, you will play a key role in shaping Ahya’s digital presence across platforms. This entry-level position is designed for candidates eager to grow in social media management, digital storytelling, and creative strategy. You will support the design and execution of social media campaigns, contribute to proposal and presentation design, and assist with video production for digital channels. Working closely with the communications and business development teams, you will help expand Ahya’s visibility, engagement, and thought leadership across the sustainability and climate-tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Ahya’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), including content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign performance tracking.
- Contribute to the development of creative campaigns, including social media posts, storyboards, and short-form video content.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve Ahya’s online visibility and engagement across search engines and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and business development colleagues to develop content aligned with Ahya’s products and initiatives.
- Assist with videography, editing, and production of promotional materials for campaigns and events.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports on social media campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital media, climate communication, and design best practices, applying them to Ahya’s communication strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or related areas (internship experience counts).
- Familiarity with SEO optimization and social media analytics tools.
- Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign) and an eye for detail in visual communication.
- Experience in videography or video editing (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
