Role Description
We are looking for an experienced business development leader to drive Ahya’s growth in the UAE. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who understand enterprise technology, climate policy and commercial growth to position Ahya as the partner of choice for enterprises and government stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Own Ahya’s go to market strategy, commercial sale, strategic partnership, delivery and regulatory alignments;
- Lead enterprise sales and client engagements across AhyaOS and Tawazun;
- Build relationships with key-decision makers across ministries, enterprises, regulators, and carbon market actors;
- Report to senior leadership on pipeline growth, deal conversion, and revenue performance;
- Monitor policy, regulatory, and market trends to anticipate risks and unlock opportunities;
- Represent Ahya at climate-tech events, policy forums, and strategic initiatives;
- Drive local team building and leadership, aligned with UAE Vision 2050.
What We’re Looking For
- Based out of Dubai, UAE, with strong understanding of the sustainability regulatory landscape, and enterprise sustainability agenda.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred);
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise software (SaaS) sales, with a proven ability to close large and complex deals;
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and market influence;
- Commercial acumen with comfort navigating both public and private sectors;
- Strong network across government entities, large corporates, and strategic partners;
- Proven track record in P&L management, GTM execution, and stakeholder engagement;
- Ability to provide operational support, ensuring smooth execution of country-level strategy and delivery;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a startup-like, fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
