Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the financial integrity of our operations across the countries in which we operate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, supporting audits, ensuring tax compliance, driving financial planning processes, and maintaining internal controls.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP for all three operating jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely closing of books at the end of each month and perform reconciliations as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers and sub-ledgers.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the year-end statutory audit process in all jurisdictions.
• Implement and monitor internal control frameworks to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
• Oversee timely and accurate filing of all applicable taxes, including corporate tax, sales tax/VAT, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain and optimize financial processes, systems, and tools to support business.
• Prepare quarterly budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor’s, Master’s Preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA/ACCA qualified preferred.
• Maximum of 5 years of overall experience, ideally in financial reporting, auditing, or controlling.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or with multi-entity financial consolidation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in relevant markets.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
