This collaboration will deliver end‑to‑end solutions for greenhouse‑gas (GHG)emissions management and reporting, sustainability assurance, climate impact and risk assessment, ESG consulting and access to voluntary carbon markets.

Through this collaboration, Ahya and EY shall offer their clients  the ability to simplify the management and reduction of emissions with accuracy, transparency and cost-efficiency via AhyaOS – AI-powered carbon management and accounting platform (CMAP).

A key aspect of this partnership involves EY providing independent, third-party validation on sustainability reporting process and reports generated through AhyaOS, ensuring compliance with leading international frameworks such as IFRS S-2, GRI, and CDP. Furthermore, AhyaOS will bolster EY's sustainability consulting services, enabling the co-development of robust corporate ESG policies, decarbonizationroadmaps, and effective emission reduction strategies aligned with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments.

Clients will also benefit from expert advisory services on listing and trading high-quality carbon offsets on Tawazun, Ahya's AI-enabled voluntary carbon marketplace (VCM),and guidance on project registration under premier standards including Verra(VCS), Gold Standard, and Puro Earth.

The firms shall also make a jointeffort to streamline policy development on carbon emissions, carbon markets asregional governments galvanise the momentum to meet their national determinedcontributions (NDCs) and transition to sustainable economies.
